Appearance : Clear ,Colorless liquid
Density : 0.934 -0.939 at 250 C.
Refractive Index : 1.427 – 1.432 at 250 C
Solubility : One vol clearly soluble in 6 vols of Ethyl alcohol (70%by Vol) Soluble in all proportions of Diethyl phthalate. Soluble in all proportions of mineral oil. Soluble in 1:11 V/V of Propylene Glycol.
Purity(Assay) :Minimum 95% by G.L.C
Uses : 1). For creating fresh green top notes very similar to galbanum.
2). To increases the galbanum effect in combination with natural Galbanum and also with Cyclogalbanate.
3)To incorporate a delicate fruit note (Pineapple).
4) The unique effect with combination.
a) Citrus note chemical such as Citral,Bergamote, orange,Lemon,Citronitrile,Geranonitrile.
b) Rose note chemicals such as cyclorose,damascone. Phenyl acetaldehyde acetals.
